How soon will the banners be ready?

Production is typically 2–3 working days after artwork approval and confirmation of your order. Delivery time is additional. Need it sooner? Share your deadline so we can confirm availability before you pay.

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We provide a digital proof for approval before production. Check the wording, images, dimensions and layout carefully. Screen colours may differ slightly from the printed result.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, PNG and JPEG. A print-ready PDF is useful. Send high-resolution images, keep important text away from edges and ask us to confirm the required bleed or finishing allowance.

Do the banners come with eyelets or rings?

Select “Eyelets / rings” in your enquiry if you need them. Confirm the number, positions and finishing cost with us. Eyelets, pole pockets and installation are not included in the print-only table.

I do not have a design. Can you make one?

Yes. Choose “I need a design” and share your text, logo, images and preferred style. Design is quoted separately from the print-only prices.

Can flex banners be used outdoors and reused?

Flex/vinyl is water-resistant and suitable for many indoor and outdoor uses. Lifespan depends on material, sun, wind, mounting and handling. Secure it properly, wipe it gently and store it dry. We will advise on suitable material and reinforcement for exposed sites.

Accuxel designed and printed my granola stand up pouch, I gave them a guideline and I didn't need to make too much corrections. I loved it the instant I opened the files. They printed in time and sent to me without any hassle. I'll definitely be patronizing them again.

Very good souvenirs at reasonable prices. Make sure to discuss delivery before finalisation especially if your event is close. This is because they are coming from Ilorin and drop offs are at strategic points in Lagos. Mine was at Oshodi park. On the whole, a good experience and I will definitely recommend.
