No Returns on Custom Products

Since our products are personalized and printed to order, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore:

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing their order details, including sizes, spellings, designs, and quantities, before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our work. If an order arrives damaged in transit or with a clear manufacturing defect:

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will reprint and reship at no cost.

Delayed Delivery: Accuxel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Customer Responsibility
